We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in managing cross-functional technology programs and a keen understanding of AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between business, engineering, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs with a focus on AI/ML initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive program execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.
- Facilitate sprint planning, program reviews, and executive-level updates.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for program governance.
- Support AI adoption initiatives, automation programs, and innovation-driven projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data-driven applications, and modern technology ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education
